Our Strength Adhesive is a high quality odourless instant grab polymer designed for use with garage door threshold seals. 

  • It is suitable for most materials
  • Comes in 290ml tube (sufficient for 1x 3200mm garage door threshold seal)

The surface must be cleaned thoroughly to remove dust, oil and grease. If the floor is painted, wire brushing where the seal is to be installed will ensure best adhesion.

Dry time on adhesives vary considerably depending on different temperatures & humidity. We recommend allowing 24 hours before driving any vehicles over the floor threshold. This will help to ensure maximum bond with the surface.

  • Don’t use blobs – For virtually every adhesive available using blobs increases curing time. Applying adhesive as strips means curing time is decreased through the adhesive having more surface area.
  • To make the job faster and easier, we recommend using a good quality caulking gun. (not supplied)
